Why the Field Fails, and How We Prevent It

Most drainfield failures come from overloading. A settled distribution box sends all the flow to one trench, a field sized without a perc test cannot keep up, or years of skipped pumping let solids wash out of the tank and clog the gravel. We correct all three: a level D-box for even flow, trench length matched to the soil, and an effluent filter to keep solids in the tank.

Our Process

We excavate the trenches to grade, lay non woven geotextile fabric and washed drainfield gravel or gravelless chambers, then set perforated distribution pipe on a precise slope. A distribution box splits the flow evenly across every lateral. We verify the layout against the permit and record it on the as built before backfill.
